Every JASPER® Transmission is completely disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, and inspected. Wear parts are replaced with new or qualified parts. The case, pump, converter, and valve body are all remanufactured to exact dimensional tolerances. CNC machinery is used, where applicable, to provide exact part specifications and the best possible surface finishes. Torque converters are dynamically balanced to eliminate vibration which can ultimately lead to transmission damage. Finally, every remanufactured JASPER automatic transmission is 100% dynamometer tested under load to ensure proper gear ratios, line pressure, cooler pressure and flow.
